Mainstream’s Safe Boating Card website offers a state-approved boater safety certification program. The site allows individuals to study the manuals for free, take the course for free, and take the chapter exams. Participants will receive their safe boating card after they pass the final exam. The course is approved by the National Association of State Boating Law Administrators and recognized by the U.S. Coast Guard.
