The Expeditionary Deployable Water Purification System (DWPS) delivers reliable, immediately drinkable potable water wherever it is needed, producing more than 50 gallons per hour from saline and other challenging water sources. Designed for rapid deployment and continuous-duty operation, the compact system combines a reverse osmosis backbone with automated in-line UVC treatment and chlorination to provide high-quality drinking water the touch of a button.
Capable of operating in salinities up to 60 g/L and achieving greater than 99% dissolved-solids reduction, the DWPS transforms available source water into fresh, potable water in less than one minute from startup. An integrated go/no-go water-quality sensor provides an additional layer of assurance, helping users quickly determine whether produced water meets quality requirements. The DWPS system operates on 24–28 VDC, capable of being powered by expeditionary sources including vehicle or solar power. An optional AC-to-DC converter enables operation from compatible external AC power sources. Optional CBRN and mineralization cartridges are also available to expand treatment capabilities.
