Mainstream Engineering Awarded Contract from the US Air Force for Improved Data Measurement on their Rocket Sled
ROCKLEDGE, FL — June 27,2019 — The Holloman High Speed Test Track Sled (aka Rocket Sled) is used to test articles on sleds traveling at velocities of 10 – 10,000 ft/s. Mainstream will be demonstrating a unique data acquisition system that provides real-time decision logic based upon sled wind speed and down-track acceleration as measured by the system.
